Terms of service
The rules of the relationship between OutPull, the founders who compete, and the people who vote.
Draft — needs legal review. This page describes how OutPull actually works in plain language, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel check it against your jurisdiction before you rely on it publicly.
Accepting these terms
By using outpull.tech — whether you cast a pull, register a product or place a bid — you agree to these terms and to the Fair Play Rules, which form part of them.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What OutPull provides
OutPull runs a daily competitive arena. Two digital products face each other for 24 hours and the public decides the winner by casting pulls. A daily auction decides which product gets the challenger slot.
We provide the arena. We do not endorse, verify or guarantee any product competing in it.
Registering a product
Registration is free. By registering you confirm that you own the product or are authorised to represent it, and that it is live and publicly accessible.
Competitive access costs $29 for 14 days and unlocks bidding and queue visibility. The full $29 is credited toward your first successful winning bid within that period.
Bids and payment
Bids are placed in $50 steps with a $50 minimum. Placing a bid authorises a payment that is captured only if your bid wins the challenger slot at the 19:00 UTC lock.
Winning a bid buys the right to challenge. It does not buy, guarantee or influence the outcome of the battle.
Voting
One valid pull per person per 24-hour battle. Attempting to cast more, or to manufacture pulls by any means, voids those pulls and may result in the associated product being removed from the arena without refund.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove a product that breaches the Fair Play Rules or the Acceptable Product Policy, that misrepresents itself, or that exposes visitors to harm.
Where removal follows a breach by the founder, fees are not refunded.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular level of traffic, or any commercial outcome from competing.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use OutPull after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction are to be set by the operator and confirmed by counsel before launch.
