A digital product that a member of the public can reach, understand and actually use or buy today.

• SaaS and software, web and mobile apps
• AI tools, plugins and extensions
• Templates, design kits and digital assets
• Courses, ebooks and other digital education

Anything that a visitor cannot reach, or that would harm them when they do.

• Waitlists, landing pages and vapourware with nothing behind them
• Products that are illegal in the operator's jurisdiction
• Adult content, gambling, weapons, and recreational drugs
• Financial products promising guaranteed returns, and crypto token sales
• Malware, stalkerware, scrapers sold for abuse, and credential harvesting
• Anything whose main function is impersonating a real person or organisation

Your name, description, category, logo and battle offer must describe the product as it actually is today — not as it will be after the next release.

A battle offer must be real and claimable for the duration of the battle. Advertising a discount that does not exist is grounds for immediate removal.

You must own the product or be authorised to represent it. Registering someone else's product, even admiringly, is not permitted.

We review products on registration and again when they win a challenger slot. We also act on reports from the public.

Where a product breaches this policy we remove it from the arena, void any pulls it received, and do not refund fees. Where the breach is a genuine mistake, we will usually ask you to fix it first.

Email report@outpull.tech with the product name and what you believe is wrong. We review every report and act on the ones we can verify.
