Refund policy

Two things get paid for on OutPull: 14-day competitive access, and a winning challenger bid. Here is exactly when each one comes back to you.

Draft — needs legal review. This page describes how OutPull actually works in plain language, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel check it against your jurisdiction before you rely on it publicly.

01

Competitive access ($29 / 14 days)

Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet placed a bid. Once you place a bid, the access has been used and the fee is non-refundable.

Access does not renew automatically. It simply expires, and nothing further is charged.

02

The $29 arena credit

Your access fee is credited against your first successful winning bid in that 14-day window. A $150 winning bid therefore captures $121.

The credit is applied once, is not transferable between products, and expires with the access period. Unused credit is not paid out in cash.

03

Losing bids

A losing bid is never charged. Bids are authorised, not captured, and the authorisation is released when the auction locks at 19:00 UTC without your bid on top.

Depending on your bank, a released authorisation can take a few business days to disappear from your statement.

04

Winning bids

A winning bid is captured at the lock and is non-refundable once your product enters the arena, because the thing you paid for — the challenge — has been delivered.

If we cancel or void the battle for reasons on our side, the winning bid is refunded in full or carried to the next available arena slot, at your choice.

05

Removals for breach

If a product is removed for breaching the Fair Play Rules or the Acceptable Product Policy, access fees and captured bids are not refunded.
